Lemon Basil Salmon

- Preheat your oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on top.
- Lightly coat the salmon with butter and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- While the salmon is baking, stir together the melted butter (or olive oil), lemon juice, chopped basil, a pinch of salt, pepper and dry white wine.
- After 10 minutes of baking, remove the salmon and spoon the lemon basil mixture over the fillets. Top with thin slices of lemon.
- Return the salmon to the oven and broil on high for 5 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and slightly golden on top.
